I have long felt that the caliber of staff and unique culture at C2 was something special.
It seems I’m not alone in recognizing and celebrating what C2 has to offer.
Behind a unique company culture, demonstrated commitment to employee work-life balance, competitive benefits offering, and involvement in a wide-range of community initiatives, The C2 Group has been recently named one of “West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For”.
Within the last two years, C2 has introduced a paid parental leave policy for employees experiencing additions to their families, increased company match on employee retirement funds, introduced better health insurance with lower co-pays, and moved into a modern and more collaborative downtown Grand Rapids location.
More recently, C2 formalized a flexible scheduling policy, increased employee PTO across the board, and introduced a team-based professional development program. Revolving quarterly service projects have been replaced with year-long service partnerships, providing local charitable organizations with hands-on volunteer work as well as pro bono digital services.
Around the office, it’s not uncommon to stumble across the occasional dart game, themed lunches, and samplings of UX Designer Matt Smith’s latest and greatest home-brewed cider creation on Friday afternoons.
