Episerver’s free Change Approval add-on gets a makeover

Fixed in : EPiServer.ChangeApproval 1.3.0 [ID: CAPP-642]

Epi’s Change Approval add-on upgraded to reflect the new platform navigation and styling for a better user experience and uniformity across the Epi product portfolio.

Similar to Epi's built-in content approval functionality, Change Approvals is a free add-on that enables the user to review and approve any changes to a site’s key settings before they are published. These settings include access rights settings, language settings, page/block expiration settings, and changes to the location of pages or assets. Added form submission options: display error message for failed form submission data

Fixed in: EPiServer.ConnectForMarketingAutomation 5.5.0 // EPiServer.Marketing.Automation.Forms 2.2.0 [ID: MAI-1687]

This update corrects a known issue when submitting a form using a marketing platform, such as SalesForce. Before this fix, when a form submission made via the marketing platform fails, Episerver would still show a success message to the site visitor. This fix allows the content manager to choose what behavior happens when this scenario occurs. One option, for example, includes showing an error message to the site visitor and not recording the form submission in the database.

Episerver's add-on for user generated content (UGC), powered by Stackla, gets UI refresh

Fixed in: EPiServer.Stackla 1.2.0 [ID: STACKLA-102]

Episerver's User-Generated Content subscription-based add-on by Stackla, has a new look and feel this month. Predominantly a UI refresh, this face lift includes improvements to the platform navigation, along with new styling, to create a better user experience.

These improvements enable content managers to take the power of user generated content to the next level. Content managers can choose how social media posts display in any Episerver instance, allowing marketers to leverage UGC for increased engagement, loyalty, and confidence in a brand and its products.
