How much does an agreement cost?

How long is each agreement? Can I cancel at any time?
Each support agreement includes a 12-month term, with the ability to auto-renew. Your dedicated account manager will regularly meet and review usage and priorities with you to ensure you have the web support package best fit for your needs. If you're not happy, you can cancel with written notice.
What limitations exist within each agreement?
Our support agreements are intended for regular maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and optimization of web properties. Depending on your package, larger feature requests and enhancements may be supported. We will always work with you to shape and size requests appropriately. Terms and conditions may apply.
